“The church plant we’re most excited about is the next one.” — Pastor Dino Rizzo
For more than two decades, the Association of Related Churches (ARC) has helped launch life-giving churches across the United States and around the world. Each new church represents more than a location; it is a story of faith, hope, and transformation waiting to be written.
As the Association of Related Churches (ARC) celebrates 25 years of ministry, the organization is asking a vital question: How can we keep saying “yes” to the next one?
That question is the heartbeat of The Next One Campaign, which is a global movement of generosity designed to equip and empower the next generation of church planters.
At ARC, every “yes” to a new church plant is a commitment to people: the next one who walks through the doors, the next one who says yes to Jesus, the next one who finds healing and purpose. Since its founding in 2000, ARC has launched 1,187 churches across the world, providing couples with assessments, training, matching funds, and lifelong relational support.
Through The Next One Campaign, ARC is renewing its promise to make sure every church planter has what they need to launch strong and stay healthy.
The Growing Need for “The Next One”
The momentum has never been greater. Over 50 new couples are currently preparing to plant churches through ARC. In the past year alone, churches planted through the network saw an average of 361 people on launch day, and 1,264 individuals said yes to Jesus during those first services.
These numbers represent more than growth. In fact, they represent lives changed by faith, families restored, and communities strengthened through local churches.
Launching a church today requires an average investment of $150,000. This amount covers training, facilities, coaching, and community outreach. The Association of Related Churches (ARC) provides matching funds and direct support, but to continue saying yes to every qualified church planter, ARC depends on the generosity of churches, businesses, and individuals who believe in its mission.
Integrity and Impact Through Generosity
According to ARC’s most recent financial report, 85 percent of every dollar given goes directly toward the mission of launching, connecting, and equipping local churches. Administrative costs are funded separately by ARC’s Lead Team to ensure that partner gifts directly impact ministry work.
ARC’s commitment to transparency and stewardship is further validated through its membership with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) and partnership with the National Christian Foundation.
Pastor Dino Rizzo, Executive Director of ARC, explains, “The Next One Campaign isn’t just about funding. It’s about planting hope, planting legacy, and planting for the next one.”
